In addition to taking care of our employees, we value having fun – all employees are able to accrue up to 120 hours of PTO a year, with the potential to hold 160 hours of PTO at any given time. After five years of consecutive service, employees accrue PTO at an increased rate. Additionally, we sponsor monthly employee fun Fridays where employees plan and partake in activities.
